Versandrichtlinien

1. Versanddienstleister

Der Versand erfolgt ausschließlich mit DHL.
Alle Sendungen sind mit einer Sendungsverfolgung ausgestattet.

2. Versandgebiete

Wir versenden aktuell nach:

        • Deutschland

        • Österreich

        • Belgien

        • Niederlande

        • Tschechien

        • Italien

        • Irland

Ein Versand in weitere Länder ist derzeit nicht möglich, aber in Planung.

3. Versandkosten

Deutschland

        • Kleinpaket (DHL): 4,99 €

        • Standardversand (DHL Paket): 5,99 €

        • Versandkostenfrei ab: 49 € Bestellwert

Europäische Union

Für alle oben genannten EU-Länder gelten folgende Preise:

        • DHL Warenpost International: 8,90 €

        • DHL Paket International: 13,90 €

Die Versandkosten werden im Checkout je Land automatisch angezeigt.

4. Lieferzeiten

Deutschland

        • 2–4 Werktage (Die tatsächliche Lieferzeit kann geringfügig abweichen)

EU-Mitgliedstaaten

        • 3–8 Werktage (Die tatsächliche Lieferzeit kann je nach Land geringfügig abweichen)

5. Zölle & Steuern

Innerhalb der Europäischen Union fallen keine zusätzlichen Zölle oder Einfuhrsteuern an.

6. Versand nach Nicht-EU-Ländern

Derzeit bieten wir keinen Versand in Nicht-EU-Länder an.

7. Rücksendungen

Sollte eine Rücksendung notwendig sein, kontaktiere uns bitte vorab per E-Mail.
Die Kosten für die Rücksendung trägt – sofern nicht anders vereinbart – der Käufer.

8. Falsche Lieferadresse / Unzustellbare Pakete

Bitte stelle sicher, dass deine Adressangaben korrekt sind.
Kann eine Sendung aufgrund einer falschen Adresse nicht zugestellt werden, müssen wir die erneuten Versandkosten berechnen.

9. Versandstatus

Sobald deine Bestellung versendet wurde, erhältst du automatisch eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer per E-Mail.

All shipments include a tracking number.

We currently ship to:

Shipping to additional countries is currently not available, but is planned for the future

3. Shipping Costs

Germany

  • Standard shipping (DHL Parcel): €5.99

  • Free shipping for orders over €49

European Union
For all EU countries listed above, the following rates apply:

  • DHL Small Parcel International: €8.90

  • DHL Parcel International: €13.90

The exact shipping costs for each country are calculated and displayed automatically at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Germany

  • 2–4 business days
    (The actual delivery time may vary slightly.)

EU Member States

  • 3–8 business days
    (The actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on the destination country.)

5. Customs & Taxes

Within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply.

6. Shipping to Non-EU Countries

We currently do not offer shipping to non-EU countries.

7. Returns

If a return is necessary, please contact us in advance by e-mail.
Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

8. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Parcels

Please ensure that your address details are correct.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will have to charge the shipping costs again for a reshipment.

9. Shipment Status

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by e-mail.
