Warning about counterfeit copies of our shop

We have become aware of several websites that have copied our shop in full. They carry our name, our logo, our product photographs and our texts. Two of them even carry the name Marcellus in their address. They are not operated by us, and anyone ordering there will receive no goods.

We operate no other online shop, neither under a different name nor at a different address. Should you come across an advertisement or a link leading you elsewhere, please do not follow it.

Please do not visit these sites, and under no circumstances enter payment details there. Further copies may exist that are not yet known to us. What always applies is the rule above: we sell exclusively through marcellusonlineshop.de.
How to recognise the counterfeits
Prices there are shown in US dollars and lie far below ours, with blanket discounts of around 65 per cent. There is no legal notice and no information about the operator. The supposed customer reviews praise shirts, dresses, floor lamps and bed linen – goods that nobody offers there.
With us you will always find prices in euros, a complete legal notice and clear information on shipping and the right of withdrawal.
If you have already ordered there
Please contact your bank or payment provider without delay and have the payment reversed.
File a report with the police as well. Most forces accept reports online.
If you created a customer account there and chose a password that you also use elsewhere, change it everywhere.
What we are doing
We have notified the responsible authorities and are working with legal counsel to have the sites taken down. We will keep this page up to date.
